Work towards changing social conditions at the root cause of the issues keeping students from succeeding in school

Community data showing more student access to services, and case management student data showing reduced risk factors and an increased rate of supports
Develop content expertise on chronic absenteeism and implement strategies to reduce absences

More evidence-based attendance strategies utilized by student support coordinators
